Regularly using the lifting massage helps to reduce fine lines and tighten skin while brightening, de-puffing and restoring bounce. Designed with premium quality glass and nestled in a specially designed box, these miracle maracas make a reliable skincare travel companion and will help you say ‘sayonara’, ‘au revior’ and ‘adios’ to jetlagged skin. For an extra cooling experience, place your Ice Globes in the fridge or bowl of ice for approximately 10 minutes before starting. Glide or roll globes over the face in slow, gentle movements, taking time to pause on the eye area and in areas with more inflammation or breakouts, allowing them to cool and calm any redness. Use the lymphatic facial massage to stimulate nerves, relieve tension, reduce future breakouts and release toxins. Use the lifting facial massage to stimulate blood circulation, oxygenate the skin and boost skin elasticity. While these massages have been designed for a facial, the Ice Globes can also be used to massage the neck, shoulders, back and any other area of the body that are in need of TLC. Repeat each movement 3-5 times and can be used daily to boost your skincare routine. After you’re finished your skincare routine, clean the globes with soapy water and store the Ice Globes in their travel-friendly box. While the specially designed liquid inside these globes does wonders for pores, it doesn’t cope well below freezing so we don’t recommend leaving them in the freezer.

  • Shipping Hours: Orders are shipped Saturday to Thursday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We do not ship on Fridays or official holidays. Ramadan shipping hours will be announced separately on our website.
  • Holiday/Extraordinary Circumstances: Shipping times may vary during holidays or events like lockdowns. Any changes will be updated on our website, and our customer service team will notify you via email. We recommend creating an account or regularly checking our website for updates.
  • Free Delivery: Orders above 749 QR are eligible for free delivery within 24 hours. Orders below this amount will incur a delivery fee, which will be shown at checkout.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM, excluding weekends and official holidays.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you miss your delivery, our carrier will attempt delivery two more times. If all attempts fail, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be issued. To reorder, simply visit our website, though availability is not guaranteed.
  • Address Changes: In special cases, we may be able to change the delivery address. Contact customer service directly for assistance. Note that address changes may incur additional fees.

Items purchased on our website can be returned within 1 month (excluding sale items, which have a 3-day return period) as long as they are unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Certain items have specific return conditions:

  • Footwear & Accessories: Must be returned in original branded boxes and packaging.
  • Cosmetics & Beauty: Must be unopened and unused in original sealed packaging.
  • Lingerie: Returns accepted only for factory defects.
  • Swimwear: Returns accepted only if hygiene seals are intact and in original packaging.
  • Hosiery: Must be returned within 7 days, unworn and sealed.
  • Face Masks: Only unopened masks in sealed packaging are returnable.
  • Jewelry: Must be returned in original condition with packaging and tags.

Items that don’t meet these conditions will be returned to you, at an additional delivery cost, or available for collection at our Click & Collect department

Items purchased with added services like gift wrapping, engraving or tailoring fall under different return policies. If items are missing original packaging or documents, contact customer service immediately.
