The Aceology Mermaid Gua Sha is a rejuvenating facial massage tool that delivers noticeable skin-boosting benefits. Gua Sha massage stimulates blood circulation and releases muscle tension, which promotes a calm, relaxed mood. The gentle _o_scraping_o_ action stimulates your skin and encourages lymphatic drainage. This flaunts a more contoured, bouncy and radiant complexion. Facial massage also smooths the skin and optimises skincare product absorption, which is why we recommend using our tools after enjoying a face mask from the Aceology Infusion Gel range. In addition to its clever curves, this tool features a facial massage roller ball which provides a divine massage around your orbital eye area. It is made from zinc alloy (which can be refrigerated for a refreshing, cooling sensation) and is packaged in a recyclable cardboard box.
Composition
Apply a light oil, serum or lotion to clean skin. You can create your own Gua Sha routine, or use the following techniques to sculpt your face _o_ just be sure to massage both sides of your face evenly. Mermaid Gua Sha can also be used to relieve tense or sore muscle on your body. Place the inner edge of the Gua Sha next to your nose, with the 'tail' facing up. Smooth the Gua Sha across your cheek, finishing at your ear. Repeat 5 to 10 times. Place the V-edge of the 'tail' on your chin. Smooth the Gua Sha across your jawline, behind your ear, down your neck. Repeat 5 to 10 times._o_ Use the edge of the Gua Sha to massage your forehead, in upward motions._o_ Use one of the rounded 'tail' points to smooth under your eyebrow. Use the facial massage roller ball around orbital eye area._o_

  • Shipping Hours: Orders are shipped Saturday to Thursday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We do not ship on Fridays or official holidays. Ramadan shipping hours will be announced separately on our website.
  • Holiday/Extraordinary Circumstances: Shipping times may vary during holidays or events like lockdowns. Any changes will be updated on our website, and our customer service team will notify you via email. We recommend creating an account or regularly checking our website for updates.
  • Free Delivery: Orders above 749 QR are eligible for free delivery within 24 hours. Orders below this amount will incur a delivery fee, which will be shown at checkout.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM, excluding weekends and official holidays.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you miss your delivery, our carrier will attempt delivery two more times. If all attempts fail, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be issued. To reorder, simply visit our website, though availability is not guaranteed.
  • Address Changes: In special cases, we may be able to change the delivery address. Contact customer service directly for assistance. Note that address changes may incur additional fees.

Items purchased on our website can be returned within 1 month (excluding sale items, which have a 3-day return period) as long as they are unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Certain items have specific return conditions:

  • Footwear & Accessories: Must be returned in original branded boxes and packaging.
  • Cosmetics & Beauty: Must be unopened and unused in original sealed packaging.
  • Lingerie: Returns accepted only for factory defects.
  • Swimwear: Returns accepted only if hygiene seals are intact and in original packaging.
  • Hosiery: Must be returned within 7 days, unworn and sealed.
  • Face Masks: Only unopened masks in sealed packaging are returnable.
  • Jewelry: Must be returned in original condition with packaging and tags.

Items that don’t meet these conditions will be returned to you, at an additional delivery cost, or available for collection at our Click & Collect department

Items purchased with added services like gift wrapping, engraving or tailoring fall under different return policies. If items are missing original packaging or documents, contact customer service immediately.
