All the products that are displayed in our website are of high quality and checked for any factory defects or other damages. In the event you receive a product of low quality, damaged or not as described on our website please contact our Customer Service team to assist you with its return. Once the item is received in our warehouse, we will conduct a thorough inspection to understand where the problem is coming from and issue a refund or replace the item if still available. In such cases we will issue a refund for all the additional costs such as delivery, packing and alternation.

Orders, Prices & Payments

After completing your order you will receive an e – mail to acknowledge receipt of your order and this e – mail doesn’t guarantee the acceptance of your order. Once your order is reviewed and accepted we will send you the confirmation of your order via e-mail. The confirmation of your order will include detailed list of the products along with information about the specifications, sizes, quantities etc. Only these products listed in the confirmation e – mail will be finally delivered to you. Delivery & Pick Up Dates

However please note that delivery and pick up dates may be impacted by extraordinary circumstances such as governmental restrictions, lockdowns or any other force majeure situation.

We don’t usually provide our customers with delivery timing including same day delivery and if we do so such timings are estimated and therefore not guaranteed. As stated previously your orders will be delivered by a qualified high standard carrier and may arrive in multiple deliveries and at different times.

We would also like to inform you that Galeries Lafayette Doha is not responsible for missing deliveries due to inaccurate or misspelled information about the owner of the address and the shipping address which is inserted in our system directly by the customer. To avoid such issues we invite you to register carefully and accurately your personal information and review it prior saving it in our system.

International Deliveries & Returns

We regret to inform you that currently we are not shipping orders outside the state of Qatar. However, in certain cases we accept returns from international destinations exclusively for products that have been purchased in Qatar from our website Galeries Lafayette Doha. In this case all the expenses must be borne by the customer and the return will only be approved if in compliance with our ”Returns Policy” and standards.
