Care Instruction
Gently massgae the scrub into damp or wet skin in a circular motions from your neck down to your feet. If hair removal is part of your body care, do this before using the scrub to help prevent irritation. Rise off well using your hands, leaving your skin feeling softer and smoother. We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.
- Same-day delivery available for orders before 12 PM.
- No international shipping is currently available.
- Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
- Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.
Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:
- Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
- Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
