Delivery Policy
We offer shipping for all orders placed at Galeries Lafayette Doha online store.
- Shipping Hours: Orders are shipped Saturday to Thursday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We do not ship on Fridays or official holidays. Ramadan shipping hours will be announced separately on our website.
- Holiday/Extraordinary Circumstances: Shipping times may vary during holidays or events like lockdowns. Any changes will be updated on our website, and our customer service team will notify you via email. We recommend creating an account or regularly checking our website for updates.
- Free Delivery: Orders over 750 QR are eligible for free delivery within 24 hours. Orders below this amount will incur a delivery fee, which will be shown at checkout.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM, excluding weekends and official holidays.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping, even if customers agree to bear the shipping cost.
- Missed Deliveries: If you miss your delivery, our carrier will attempt delivery two more times. If all attempts fail, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be issued. To reorder, simply visit our website, though availability is not guaranteed.
- Address Changes: In special cases, we may be able to change the delivery address. Contact customer service directly for assistance. Note that address changes may incur additional fees.
Returns Policy
Items purchased on our website can be returned within 1 month (excluding sale items, which have a 3-day return period) as long as they are unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Certain items have specific return conditions:
- Footwear & Accessories: Must be returned in original branded boxes and packaging.
- Cosmetics & Beauty: Must be unopened and unused in original sealed packaging.
- Lingerie: Returns accepted only for factory defects.
- Swimwear: Returns accepted only if hygiene seals are intact and in original packaging.
- Hosiery: Must be returned within 7 days, unworn and sealed.
- Face Masks: Only unopened masks in sealed packaging are returnable.
- Jewelry: Must be returned in original condition with packaging and tags.
Items that don’t meet these conditions will be returned to you, at an additional delivery cost, or available for collection at our Click & Collect department
Additional Conditions
Items purchased with added services like gift wrapping or tailoring fall under different return policies. If items are missing original packaging or documents, contact customer service immediately.
No-Strings Returns Policy - U.S. Retail Orders Only
We hope that you will love them as much as we do. However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion to us within 30 days of your initial purchase, and we will be happy to refund the purchase amount to your card, or issue you a store credit for the purchase amount. Return shipping labels can be provided upon request. Please note the following important exceptions to our Returns Policy:
- Unless a product is defective or damaged in shipping, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any cartons. Due to the nature of their packaging, they are not designed to be shipped after opening. We encourage you to try a small size in our aluminum bottles and jars if you are trying a product for the first time.
- Our Reusable Bottles and Capsules can be returned if they are unused and in pristine condition.
- Kits are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Kits may only be returned for store credit (not refunded) if they are unopened, intact, and in pristine condition.
- We are unable to process refunds that occur more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
To help us expedite your return request, please follow the simple steps listed below.
1) Send us an email at orders@originalmoxie.com to let us know that you plan to return the product.
2) Be sure to include your Order Number and to tell us if you prefer to have your return processed for store credit or as a credit back to the card on which you made the purchase. Please note: we are sorry, but we are not able to exchange one product for another. If it is your intention to purchase a different product, we recommend requesting store credit instead of a refund.
3) We will reply to your email to confirm that we have received your request and to answer any questions that you may have. We will prepare and email you a pre-paid return address label.
4) Ship the items back to us, including your Order Number & Name with the items you wish to return. We cannot process a credit until the product is shipped back to us. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit. After checking to be sure that your container is tightly sealed, we recommend enclosing it in a Ziploc bag to prevent spillage during transit.

Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.
Please note: Only products purchased through our online store, originalmoxie.com, may be returned for refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item purchased through a salon or other retailer, you should attempt to return it at the point of purchase. Most of our retailers have generous return polices and should be able to offer you either a full refund or an exchange.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately at orders@originalmoxie.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Returns Policy - International Retail Orders Only
With the exception of the exclusions listed above, Original Moxie items may be returned within 30 days of the original order delivery date. Please note: we do NOT provide prepaid return shipping labels for international orders and are not responsible for any orders that are refused by the customer prior to or during Customs processing. Shipping expenses, Taxes, and Duties are non-refundable
