Delivery Policy

We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.

• Same-day delivery available for orders before 12 PM.
• No international shipping is currently available.
• Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
• Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.

Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 14 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:

• Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
• Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
