Care Instruction
Shake the pen lightly before use. Use the spoolie brush to comb through brow hairs. Follow with the brow pen to draw desired brow shape, filling in sparse areas with gentle strokes for a thicker natural looking brow. Allow formula to dry completely. When not in use, replace the lid and and store horizontally.

Delivery Policy

We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.

  • Same-day delivery available for orders before 12 PM.
  • No international shipping is currently available.
  • Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
  • Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.

Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:

  • Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
  • Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
