Care Instruction

Apply our face oil or serum to your clean and dry face, neck and decolletage. Using only very gentle pressure to avoid any bruising, start at the jawline, massage in an outward direction, then work from the base of the neck up to the jaw. Continue your gentle massage along the cheeks starting inwards and working in an outward direction. Massage across the brow bones starting at the centre of the face and working outwards and finishing on the temple using the roller in an upward direction.

We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.

Same-day delivery available for orders before 12 PM.
No international shipping is currently available.
Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.

Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:

Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
