Care Instruction
Apply our face oil or serum to your clean and dry face, neck and decolletage. Using the wide end of the roller, starting at the jawline, massage in an outward direction to assist with puffiness across the face, neck and decolletage. Use the narrow end around the eye area to massage in our Eye Babe to the upper brow bone and under eye area.
This Face Roller should be handled with care, dropping the tool from even a small distance can cause it to crack, break or become damaged. Due to the natural properties of this stone, no two pieces are the same- small imperfections in the stone are part of its natural beauty and are a testament to its heritage.

We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.
- Same-day delivery available for orders before 12 PM.
- No international shipping is currently available.
- Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
- Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.
Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:
- Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
- Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
