Care Instruction
1. Cleanse skin with Vit C brightening cleanser and follow with Vit C brightening cleansing pads for a fresh, clean complexion.
2. Remove from the plastic sheet and apply bio-cellulose mask over the face, directly onto cleansed skin and remove protective fabric sheet.
3. Leave for 10-15 minutes and remove.
4. Massage any excess serum into the skin for maximum benefits.
5. Discard mask after use.

We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.

- Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.

Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:

- Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
