Care Instruction
HOW TO USE Gently massage into damp skin, avoiding the delicate eye area. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Cautions- Avoid eye contact. If eye contact occurs, rinse well with lukewarm water. Do not use on irritated skin, discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Delivery Policy

We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.

  • Same-day delivery available for orders before 12 PM.
  • No international shipping is currently available.
  • Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
  • Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.

Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:

  • Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
  • Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
