The Azula Jacket brings LoveShackFancy's soft, nostalgic aesthetic to outerwear, designed as a finishing layer over the label's dresses and separates rather than a heavy coat. Founded in New York in 2013 by Rebecca Hessel Cohen, LoveShackFancy built its following on delicate florals, lace and antique-inspired trims, and the Azula carries that romance into a piece you can wear year-round.
Delivery Policy
We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.
- Same-day delivery available for orders before 12 PM.
- No international shipping is currently available.
- Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
- Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.
Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:
- Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
- Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
