Toner pads combine the exfoliating step and the application in one, wiping away surface debris while depositing active ingredients. Convenient for a quick routine, and easier to control than a liquid on cotton wool. BeginS is the skincare line from Korean makeup artist Jung Saem Mool, built around the idea that good makeup starts with prepared skin.
