Care Instruction
Refilling Instructions: Remove the insert from the leather case before refilling to avoid damage to the leather. Refill by pressing from the top of your Creed spray bottle. Care Instructions: Remove the insert from the leather case to clean. Steam the insert before reusing with another scent. Ensure the insert is completely dry before choosing your desired scent to refill. Store in a cool place and out of direct sun exposure. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Delivery Policy
We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.
- Same-day delivery available for orders before 12 PM.
- No international shipping is currently available.
- Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
- Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.
Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:
- Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
- Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
