Care Instruction
Use on damp hair, glide from roots to ends, dries and straightens at once using only air, auto-adjusts for efficient styling, no heat plates needed. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep tools in their original presentation case or pouch to prevent damage. Avoid wrapping cords tightly around the device. Unplug after use and allow to cool before storing.

We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.
- Same-day delivery available for orders before 12 PM.
- No international shipping is currently available.
- Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
- Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.
Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:
- Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
- Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
