Care Instruction
Light the wick and allow the candle to burn for at least 3 hours initially. Keep away from drafts and never leave unattended. Extinguish safely without water and let cool before moving. For first use, burn the candle for 3 hours. Never leave a burning candle unattended or near flammable materials. Keep away from children and pets. Avoid touching hot wax or the holder during use. Ensure good ventilation and keep at least 100 cm of space above the candle. Keep candles away from drafts and do not place them too close together. Extinguish carefully—never use water. Wait until fully cooled before moving or touching. Store candles in a cool, dry place. Handle ceramic holders with care as they can get hot and are fragile.

Delivery Policy

We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.

  • Same-day delivery available for orders before 12 PM.
  • No international shipping is currently available.
  • Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
  • Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.

Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 14 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:

  • Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
  • Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
