Smooth straightener glide over dry hair in small sections. Store in a cool, dry place away from water and direct sunlight. Allow to cool completely before storing. Keep cords untangled and avoid wrapping tightly around the device.
Delivery Policy
We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.

- No international shipping is currently available.
- Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
- Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.
Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:

- Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
