Care Instruction
Trim wick before lighting, burn for 2-4 hours per use, and keep away from drafts and flammable objects. Always never leave unattended. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep tightly closed when not in use.

We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.

Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:
- Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
- Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
