Care Instruction
Massage cleanser over damp skin to create a rich, foaming lather. Rinse thoroughly. Press a small amount of the Treatment Lotion into skin. Next, gently smooth 2 pumps of The Hydrating Infused Emulsion evenly over face and neck using your fingertips. Finish with Crème de La Mer warmed between fingertips until translucent and pressed gently into the face and neck as needed. Protect From Sunlight.

We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.
- Same-day delivery available for orders before 12 PM.
- No international shipping is currently available.
- Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
- Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.
Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:
- Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
- Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
