Care Instruction
Position around the neck, lower face, or forehead and use for 10 minutes, 3–5 times per week. For best results, pair with daily LED-friendly skincare. Store your device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Ensure the device is completely clean and dry before storing.

We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.

- No international shipping is currently available.
- Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
- Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.
Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:
- Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
- Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
