Care Instruction
To ensure the best experience from your Acqua di Parma candle, do not burn it for more than 1.5 hours at a time to avoid smoke and glass stains; use a snuffer to extinguish the flame and allow the wax to solidify before relighting. After each use, restrighten the wick and regularly trim it to 5 mm to prevent smoke and ensure even burning. Keep the wax pool free of debris and avoid using the candle when less than 5 mm of wax remains. Never leave it unattended, keep away from children, pets, flammable materials, and drafts, and do not move it while burning or while the wax is hot. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.

Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:
- Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
- Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
