Care Instruction
Apply the fragrance to pulse points such as wrists, neck, and behind ears for a lasting scent. Use after shaving or showering for best results. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve fragrance quality. Keep the bottles tightly closed when not in use.
Delivery Policy
We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.
- Same-day delivery available for orders before 12 PM.
- No international shipping is currently available.
- Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
- Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.
Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:
- Beauty, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear have specific hygiene rules.
- Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
