Care Instruction
Apply to the face and neck, morning and evening, after cleansing the skin with the Gentle Cleansing Gel with Tropical Resins. Use a cotton pad to target zones with imperfections or to apply all over the face, according to needs. Store in cool place and out of direct sun exposure.

We ship orders Saturday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (no Fridays/holidays). Free delivery applies to orders above 749 QR.

- Missed deliveries: 3 attempts before returning the order for a refund.
- Address changes possible with customer service approval and may incur fees.
Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days (or 3 days for sale items) if unused and in original packaging. Return conditions vary by product type:

- Non-qualifying returns will be sent back at customer’s cost or held for pickup.
